Description

New York City is home to an amazing abundance of wildlife. Our Urban Park Rangers will guide you to the best wildlife viewing spots in the urban jungle. Birding programs are appropriate for all skill levels and
beginners are welcome.

Meet the piping plovers, cute and tiny endangered shorebirds that visit Rockaway Beach each year to nest and raise chicks from spring through the summer.

To enhance your experience we encourage you to bring field guides and binoculars or ask a Ranger to borrow a pair.
