The Jamaica Bay Greenway is a proposed 28-mile network of bicycle and pedestrian paths connecting more than 10,000 acres of parks and beaches, including regional destinations such as Fort Tilden, Jacob Riis Park, Canarsie Pier, and Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge. Eleven miles of the path are already in place, serving more than 100,000 New Yorkers each year.
